「Icon o graph」 　chris kyogetu　1　断絶
鎌倉由比ガ浜のブックカフェすきま鎌倉　こにある私の本棚にある本の一つ 紹介の続きです、

　日本の山村、農村の光景を思い浮かべ、鎌倉の由比ガ浜の風景、そこに立つ教会を見ながら思う。それらの光景、心の風景には断絶がある。
生きているとどうしようもないことがある。

　「Icon o graph」 　chris kyogetuを　読むとそう思う。
　ここには、様々な　断絶　距離がある。男女の距離、親子の、姉妹の距離。そして記憶の断絶。
この小説は日本の高校、病院、ヨーロッパなど舞台で、時間も行き来する。断絶は思考なのか、運命でなのか、無意識の繋がり
なのか。由比ガ浜の教会に寄り、聖歌と音楽に囲まれながら、思いを馳せる。

As I think of the landscapes of Japanese mountain villages and rural scenes, and gaze upon a church standing in the scenery of Yuigahama, Kamakura, I realize there is a disconnect in these visions and the landscapes of the mind. Life presents insurmountable challenges at times.

Reading "Icon o graph" by Chris Kyogetu, I think about these disconnects. There are various distances: between men and women, parents and children, sisters, and in memories. This novel traverses different settings like Japanese high schools, hospitals, and Europe, moving back and forth through time. Is the disconnect in thoughts, fate, or unconscious connections? As I approach the church in Yuigahama and am surrounded by hymns and music, my thoughts wander.
