　　Currently, many people are worried about accepting more foreign workers. However, I think Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers.
　　 First of all, the population in Japan has had two main issues in recent years. The population is aging and the overall number of people is decreasing. One of the problems is the lack of workforce especially in the field of caregiving. Companies need more workers from overseas to support the shortage.
　　Secondly, due to globalization, people in the world now need to communicate with and help each other more than in the past. Nevertheless, Japanese people are not used to communicating with people from different cultures. When companies accept more foreign workers, it will encourage Japanese people to understand and get along with foreigners.
　　In conclusion, I think it is desirable to accept more foreign workers for supporting the labor shortage and promoting cultural diversity and mutual understanding.
