2回めの生け花ワークショップを行いました。 We had our second ikebana workshop.

== English Translation (Japanese original follows) ==
Yesterday (11th) we had our second ikebana workshop.
The teacher was Ms. Chifu Shibata of the Sogetsu School.

This time, all the participants were from the Middle East.
・One of them came from Yemen with her child due to her family's job transfer.
・Former international students from Saudi Arabia (2 people)
・International students from the UAE (4 people, one of whom is a friend of an international student and is traveling in Japan)

It was the first time for all of them to do ikebana, but they did it very well.

This time, we made the workshop longer than last time so that Ms. Shibata could have more time to give advice to each participant.
We also had time to take pictures of each participant's work.
This is a kaizen from the fact that the time was too short last time.

We found some points to be improved this time as well.
I would like to make kaizen for the next workshop.

We also received requests for origami and Japanese cooking workshops.
We would like to plan such workshops as well.

昨日（11日）二回目の生け花ワークショップをしました。
先生は草月流の柴田千楓さんです。

今回は全員が中東出身の方たちでした。
・家族の転勤でお子さんもいっしょにイエメンから来られた方
・サウジアラビアからの元留学生さん（２人）
・UAEからの留学生（４人。一人は留学生の方の友人で日本旅行中）

皆さん生け花をするのは初めてでしたが、すごく上手にお花をいけていました。

今回はワークショップの時間を前回よりも長くしました。
・柴田先生がそれぞれの参加者へのアドバイスをする時間をたくさん作ることができました。
・それぞれの参加者の作品をゆっくり写真を取る時間も確保できました。
前回、時間が短かかったことからカイゼンです。

今回も改善した方がよい点が見つかりました。
次回のワークショップのときにはカイゼンしていきたいと思います。

また、折り紙や日本料理のワークショップもしてほしいというリクエストもありました。
こうしたことも企画していきたいと思っています。
