The “Aigo" fish is not sold at fish markets because it has a distinctive odor and poisonous spines.
They eat Chinese cabbage, cucumbers, broccoli, etc.
The restaurant serves the Aigos that have eaten the vegetables and uses the leftover food as fertilizer to grow vegetables. The parts of the vegetables that could not be used for cooking are used as food for the Aigos.
Very few people know what aigo is now.　That makes it easier to tell a story related to the igo, saying, 'Actually, this fish is earth-friendly.

商品・物を買うよりも体験にお金を使うという行動、価値観が広まっていると言われています。
物を買う場合にも品質がよいだけではなく、その物に関係する物語が大切になります。

魚のすぐれた養殖技術で有名な近畿大学で「アイゴ」という名前の魚の研究をしています。
独特のにおいがあったり、毒のあるトゲを持っているため、魚市場では扱われません。

その「アイゴ」を養殖する時にエサを変えたりしてにおいがしないようにして市場で扱われるようにしようとしています。
白菜やキュウリ、ブロッコリーなどを食べています。
野菜を食べたアイゴをレストランで提供し、料理の残りを肥料にして野菜を育てる。料理に使えなかった野菜の部分をアイゴの餌にする。
アイゴを知っている人は今はほとんどいません。　その分、『実はこの魚は地球に優しくて』とアイゴに関係する物語を話しやすくなります。

「実はこの商品はーーーーー」と話すことができる物語があると聞いた人も印象に残りますね。
それを聞いた人もまた別の人に話すこともできます。
