Aという言い方は10年前にはよく使っていました。でも、今はもう使いません。こんなこともあります。

例えば、「たそがれどき」の「たそがれ」は「たそかれ」という言葉に起源があるといわれています。

「たそがれ（どき）」というのは、夕方、薄暗くなった頃のことを言います。
「たそかれ」を漢字も使って書くと「誰そ彼」です。今の言葉でいえば、「あの人は誰ですか？」になります。
電気がない頃は、薄暗くなった夕方には人の顔がよく見えませんでした。
