日記70 : Proficiency in English

I recently learned this phrase. This fact exactly indicates my proficiency in English.
I used to think that the first thing I should improve is speaking immediately, so I thought I should try to speak with simple words rather than memorizing more vocabulary.
However, I have gradually realized that my English vocabulary needs to be expanded.
