昨日はCorporate Financeについて学習しました。K-MOOCです。

企業の資金調達の方法について勉強しました。融資、増資(出資)、クラウドファンディング、社債の発行、補助金・助成金などがありますね。

それぞれの方法のメリットやデメリットをよく考えて資金調達を行うことが大事ですね。

例えば社債を発行する場合は利払いの負担について考えなくてはなりません。出資を受ける場合は持ち株比率が下がることに注意しなければいけません。

企業の財務について、これからも学んでいきたいです。

Yesterday, I studied Corporate Finance at K-MOOC.

I learned how companies raise funds. There are loans, capital increase, crowdfunding, issuing bonds, subsidies, and others.

It is important to raise funds by carefully considering the merits and demerits of each method.

For example, when issuing bonds, you must consider the burden of interest payments. If you increase capital and receive investment, you must be aware that your shareholding ratio will be reduced.
