須藤氏は「選挙費」と書き出し「事務所開設費用150万円　法務対策費50万円　事前申請と収支50万円　印刷物200ー300万円　折込等150万円　ウェブ対策費用150万円　街宣車150万円　外注費100万円　諸経費100万円　供託金300万円」と具体的に想定される内訳の金額を記した。
　１回の選挙に立候補するのに、１５００万円かかるらしい。この制度は
「一般庶民は選挙に出られないように設計せよ」
　と、考えた国会議員が作ったのでしょう。だから、世襲議員だらけになり特権階級が形成されてしまう。
 
　北朝鮮や中国の独裁制度を笑う日本人が多いですが、日本の制度も似たり寄ったりです。上級国民である“殿様”の家族以外は、国家権力に近寄ることさえ出来ません。芸能人とかアスリートで莫大なお金を儲けた庶民は、客寄せパンダ効果で当選できる仕組みです。
 
　ただ一つ、誰にも公平な制度。それが「受験」です。私立大学はダメですが、国公立の受験だけは今のところ公平に実施されている。
