　その時、うちはキレた！
 
　もう２０年も前になるやろか？当時、うちは見境のう生徒募集
をする田舎の個人塾の経営者やった。娘の養育費や教育費を稼ぐ
ために、とにかく売り上げを上げること至上命題やってん。
 
　せやけど、学力別クラスの最低クラスの生徒が集まる日はトイ
レにババが流されへんで残されとったり、問題集が破られたり盗
まれたり、チャリ置き場が破壊されとったりしとった。修繕費が
かかるだけでのうて、月謝の踏み倒しや、騒音で近所から苦情が
きたり混乱を極めとった。
 
　それで、娘たちが大人になって、離婚を期に経営方針を転換す
ることにした。そら、あるご父兄がわしの娘の成績が上がれへん
こと理由に
「てめぇのチンケな塾やら潰すんはワケあれへんのやどぉ！！」
　と、どやし込んで来た時のことやった。
 
「もう、こんなあほどもを相手に仕事するんはやめた！！」
　と、キレてもうた。成績優秀な子ぉたちが
「あの子ぉたちを退塾さしてくれへんのなら、うちらがやめる」
　言うてきたこともうちの背中を押した。
　
　それで、警告３回の制度を利用して塾内で大声を出したり授業
を妨害する生徒を徐々に塾から強制退塾さしていった。あれから
２０年。うちの塾は１０年連続で京都大学の合格者を出すような
「真面目な生徒が集まる塾」に変貌した。
 
　これで良かった思てる。
　At that time, we lost our temper!
　It must have been 20 years ago. At the time, I was the manager of
a private cram school in the countryside, recruiting students without
regard. In order to earn money for my daughter's upbringing and
education, it was my top priority to increase sales.

　However, on the days when students in the lowest achievement
classes gathered, the toilets were left unflushed, problem books
were ripped up or stolen, and the bike racks were vandalized. Not
only was there the cost of repairs, but there were also complaints
from neighbors about overpayment of monthly fees and noise,
and it was chaos.

　So, when the daughters grew up and got divorced, we decided
to change our management policy. Then, one of the parents told me that my daughter's grades were not up to par. I told him, "Why are you shutting down your stupid cram school?

　I said to him,
"I can't believe you're going to shut down my stupid cram school!  I'm done working with these people! The kids with good grades.
If you don't let them leave the school, we'll quit.
　We were also pushed to quit the school.
　
　So, using the three-warning system, we gradually forced students who shouted or interfered in class to leave the school. Twenty years have passed since then. Our school has transformed itself into a "school for serious students" where students have passed the entrance exam for Kyoto University for 10 consecutive years.

　I am happy about this.
