が偽りの表示を行っている。こうした不当表示によって利益を獲
得することは、正当な表示を守っている塾の利益を失わせます。
こら塾業界では「偽者によるほんまもんの駆逐」を生んでます。
 
　ネット普及による広告の波及効果は、既存の提灯記事やフェイ
クニュースかて人気があるかのように見せかける。嘘も百回言う
たら真実になる。こんなのは日本の文化やおまへん。その不当利
益の相当分程度の罰則を議論しないと、正当な競争社会を生み、
ほんまもんを埋もれさせず世界と競争出来る国を作ることなんか
できへんで。
　Many cram schools falsely label themselves as "number one in pass rate" or "we will make sure you pass the exam." Gaining profits through such misrepresentations causes the loss of profits for cram schools that adhere to legitimate labeling. In the cram school industry, this has resulted in the "extermination of the real thing by the impostor.
 
　The ripple effect of advertising due to the spread of the Internet is to make it seem as if the existing lantern articles and fake news are popular. A lie becomes truth if you say it a hundred times. This is not Japanese culture. If we don't discuss penalties for such unjustified profits, we will never be able to create a just competitive society and build a country that can compete with the rest of the world without letting the real thing remain buried.
