Day 228 : Gundam

Since 1979 when this anime was first broadcasted, it is still impacting Japanese society.

Though I'm not a stalwart of Gundam, I still like watching the original series as we can watch them almost freely on the internet TV programs such as Amazon Prime and Abema TV.

I believe this has been still popular because of the innovation of uniting the robot-anime with human drama.
