Day 318: radish with miso and garlic

I just got a freshly harvested garlic and radish.
Thought about how I should cook them, boiling, stir-frying, oil-heating...
But I ended up with just mixing the coarsely cut radish, and minced garlic together with miso and soy sauce, since the veggies are so fresh.

A little garlicky, but so tasty fresh nibblies.
I needed to be in a hurry to eat them up as the water got out of radish...
