Day 116 : Kanban

Another topic on Japanese born lean way for mainly manufacturing.

As I just wrote "mainly manufacturing", it was surprising for me to hear from my Finnish colleague that the recent IT vendors have used Kanban way for the productivity improvement.

But, when you think about it carefully, it's no surprising....
Any manufacturers, producers, service providers can take advantage of this concept.

Sometimes, people tend to have been ruled by stereotypes and conventions.
I thought I could be one of those who should not be ruled, so I'm so ashamed...!
