Day 180 : Steak Tartar

I tried to cook steak tartar.
This is easy if you look at recipe.

Just chop the raw beef, onion, garlic, and mix them with spices, and raw egg.
See? Easy huh??

But it takes a little bit of time to first fry the surface of beef just to make sure the germs could get killed, and then slice the surfaces ,and chop it to minced beef...
Hmm, cumbersome huh???

Anyway, this tasted great, and I'm sure I'll do it again.
