The Economist is discussing how Biden should act in the view of his upcoming presidential days...
It's a good article as it writes that Biden should be more decisive and bold for the world to be the better places for all the mankind.
But I thought that the newspaper is a bit sanguine at this moment...
We'll see how it'll go on November 3rd...
