Day 309: Home-made ham

My first time to produce home-made ham...

Ham, hmm, at lease it looks so.

I flavored this with smoking herbs such as tea and rosemary.
So, is smells like ham.

But I did not cleanse salt enough, so it tastes a little too salty.

So, this is why I have been reticent about my recent cooking activities whenever asked.
