CAPRI - My Lovely Dog

Capri was a female beagle who was a member of my family. She had white, black and brown coloured fur. She had big eyes and was a beautiful lady. Capri came to our home on July 17th 2006, Marine day. In addition, my mother had dreamed of living in Italy for years as she really loves Italy. Hence, she came up with an idea for the name from a tiny island called Capri island in Italy. 

My father and I strongly disagreed with having a dog because I had hated dogs since I was chased by a dog before. However, my mother is always the queen in my family. Therefore, she never listened to our opinions when she decided something. Even to Capri, my mother is top in my family. Capri told us about it. Capri always liked play with us and had a huge appetite. When she saw me, beckoned to me, as if asking for meals, cuddles and stroking. She was not shy around strangers at all.

We grew up with her although we suffered through her poop and barking sometimes. I miss her so much. I just regret that I have not seen her since I left Japan in October 2018. She passed away at 13 years old last summer. It was too sudden. My time with her was my treasure:)
