【Base-Neo】No water (さすドラ)

I'm @Sudowoodo_poke playing Old Pokemon cards (like Base-Neo format called New Hoff)in Japan.

Recently, I started to play using a battle simulator TCG ONE .

Today, I introduce a deck restructured from New Hoff to Base-Neo. (This is 101st deck recipe!!!)

Kingdra 

JUST 1 Colorless energy, give 30 damage to defeat BABIES

Definitely defeat Sneasel in 2 times

High HP and no weakness point increase its durability.
Combining these with Focus Band and Pokemon Center it even more.

Clefable 

Metronome is strong 1 colorless Energy Move.

Main targets are  Sneasel, Rocket’s Zapdos, Wigglytuff.
