地方国立大学を選んで就活を成功させる。外国人の日本留学③中国の学歴思考のまま？
母国でも日本でも厳しい就活。
Job-hunting for Chinese is really difficult , not only in china but in Japan.
中国では超学歴社会で、超一流だと希望の仕事につきますが、大卒人口が増え続けることで就職難です。
そして、多忙な外国人留学生は、日本での就職を非常に希望してます。少ない外国人募集枠で就活しなければなりません。
日本での内定を決めるために、就活のための学校へお金を掛ける留学生もいるのです。
Educational background is really important point for job-hunting in China.
Some super elite get their desired occupation. but there is a shortage of jobs due to growing number of people graduate university. Many foreign students in Japan wish to get job in Japan. They have to success facing to few recruit. Some of them go to school to teach how-to.
外国人留学生の多くが日本で就職希望。
Jassoの2020年度調査では、日本で内定している留学生は31%です。
Foreign students in Japan , be promised by Japanese company, is 31%.
中国の学歴思考を見直すことができるか。
勿論、日本でも学歴差別が全くない国とは断定できませんが、日本では、学歴とは関係なく、自己を売り込んで面接官を説得することが必要となります。
私が予備校で、中国人学生と働いたとき、
彼らの日本での生活は実習とバイトで忙しく、日本に慣れていて慣れていない感じでありました。
そしてついには、
「日本にある中国人が経営してる会社はどこ？」
「中国人が多くいる研究室の大学院はどこ？」となってしまうのでした。
They have another look at putting value on academic background?
Without doubt, I can't say there is no discrimination of educational career.
But they have to appeal their own value points; personal presentation.
That is not related with educational career. Foreign students , working with me, seemed to be familiar with Japan and not to be familiar with Japan.
Finally they said "Where is a Chinese company in Japan?" "Where is a laboratory , has many Chinese in graduate school in Japan.
