こんにちは。ハウスミュージックラウンジ「秋葉原住宅」棟梁のspinnageです。8月も最後の週末を迎えた曇り空の東京より、世界から届いた新築ハウスミュージックを紹介していきます。
Hello. This is spinnage, the director of the House Music Lounge "Akihabara Housing, Ltd." and from cloudy Tokyo on the last weekend of August, I would like to introduce newly built house music from around the world.
ここから取り上げるのは、すべて僕が実際にダウンロード購入した曲。真剣勝負で選んだ楽曲たちです。さっそくご紹介していきますよ!
All of the songs I will be featuring here are songs that I actually purchased as downloads. I chose these songs in a serious competition. Let's get started!

1) Crackazat - We Know
スウェーデン・ウプサラの輝く彗星、CrackazatのepがHeistからリリース。3曲目「We Know」がフュージョンムードのナイスハウスで陶酔。最高！
The shining comet from Uppsala, Sweden, Crackazat's ep is out now on Heist. The third track "We Know" is a nice house euphoria in a fusion mood. Great stuff!
2) B&S Concept & Mo'Cream - Never Give Up (Extended Deeper Mix)
仏・リールのB&S ConceptとイタリアのMo'Creamの共作で、「Never Give Up」。抑えたトーンでメロウに響かせるExtended Deeper Mixが絶品です。
"Never Give Up "は、フランス・リールのB&S ConceptとイタリアのMo'Creamのコラボ作品です。抑制の効いた音色でメロウに聴かせるExtended Deeper Mixは絶品。
3) Rawdio - Blue Hearts (Brooklyn Baby Remix)
ベルギーのプロデューサー・Rawdioの「Blue Hearts」を、パリ郊外を拠点とするBrookly Babyがリミックス。90年代ハウスの素敵成分を結晶化したようなクリアなトラックに、美麗ピアノリフが映える。気に入りました。
A remix of Belgian producer Rawdio's "Blue Hearts" by Brookly Baby, based outside Paris, with a beautiful piano riff on a clear track that crystallizes the lovely ingredients of 90s house. Loved it.
4) Chew Fu & Bootsy Collins - Nothing But U On My Mind Art Of Tones Remix
Chew FuとBootsy Collinsの「Nothin But U On My Mid」を、フランス・ペルビニャンの粋人Art Of Tonesがリミックス。軽妙酒脱、まさにArt of Tonesの面目躍如。
Chew Fu and Bootsy Collins' "Nothin But U On My Mid" is remixed by the chic Art Of Tones of Perbignan, France. The light and witty remix is a true testament to the Art of Tones.
5) Rick Wade - Acid Creep
英ブリストルのレーベルShall Not Fadeからリリースされた、デトロイトのプロデューサー・Rick Wadeの「Acid Creえep」。丁寧なトラックメイキングで、落ち着いた音のランドスケープを描いてくれています。気に入りました。
"Acid Creep" by Detroit producer Rick Wade, released on the Shall Not Fade label in Bristol, England. It paints a serene sonic landscape with careful trackmaking. Liked.
6) Hotboxx, The Artist Never Die, London X - Keep Moovin'
マイアミを拠点とするHotboxx他、3人のアーティストの共作で「Keep Moovin'」。刻まれるシンセのリフレインとヒプノティックな女性ボーカルに陶酔。クールなトラックです。
"Keep Moovin'" is a co-production of three artists, including Miami-based Hotboxx. Euphoric with a churning synth refrain and hypnotic female vocals. A cool track.
7) Shiba San - I Wanna (Tchami Remix)
Shiba Sanの「I Wanna」を、フランス・パリのプロデューサー・Tchamiがリミックス。スタブ的なシンセ音が仄暗い空間をつくり、その中でポップなボーカルがきらめく好トラックです。良い。
Shiba San's "I Wanna" is remixed by Paris, France-based producer Tchami. Stubby synths create a dark space in which the pop vocals sparkle. Good.
8) Retrouve - Doubt
オランダ・ハーレムの2人組・Retrouveの「Doubt」。きらめきながらクルクル回るシンセサウンドの渦巻きにまかれます。
"Doubt" by Retrouve, a duo from Haarlem, the Netherlands. You will be swept up in a whirlwind of shimmering, twirling synth sounds.
9) Robert Babicz - Earth Ship
マルタを拠点とするRobert Babiczの「Earth Ship」。TB303好きにはたまらない、アシッドなベースラインが格好いい。
Malta-based Robert Babicz's "Earth Ship" is a cool acid bassline that TB303 lovers will love. Cool.
10) Jerome Drouot - I'm Not In love (Eric Kupper Remix)
1975年にリリースされた10ccの超絶名曲「I'm not in Love」のカバー。さらにリミックスをNYの重鎮Eric Kupperが手がけていて、安心して聴けます。原曲の夢見るような雰囲気をうまく取り込んでる。
A cover of 10cc's superb "I'm not in Love" released in 1975. And with a remix by NY heavyweight Eric Kupper, you can rest assured that you're in good hands. He manages to capture the dreamy atmosphere of the original song.
【Track of the Week】Jerome Drouot - I'm Not In love (Eric Kupper Remix)
Crackazatを始めとした様々な素晴らしいトラックがあった今週ですが、僕はあえて今回の「Track of the Week」にこの曲を選びたいと思います。こうした形で、ポップミュージックの歴史や名曲をミックスに取り込んでしまう、ハウスの雑食性を僕は愛しています。
This week we had a variety of great tracks, including Crackazat, but I dare to choose this one for this week's "Track of the Week". I love the omnivorous nature of house music, incorporating pop music history and classic songs into the mix in this way.
Block & Crownみたいにベタな過去曲サンプリングカバーもワイルドで悪くないけど、僕はこれくらいのさりげなく丁寧なカバーがそっとセットリストに入ってくる方が好きですね。皆さんはどうですか？
While a wild cover of a past song sampling like Block & Crown is wild and not bad, I prefer to have such a subtle and careful cover in my set list. How about you?

この8/2に、僕の4曲目のトラック「Somewhere」を各種音楽配信サービスでリリースしました。真夏に涼を届けるような軽やかな曲になったと思います。チェックよろしくお願いします！
This past August 2, I released my fourth track "Somewhere" on various music distribution services. I think it is a light song that brings coolness in the middle of summer. Please check it out!

RE-HOUSE: 1 hour DJ MIX!
8/5に東京・神宮前のGalaxy-Gingakeiで開催された「秋葉原重工 Jingumae Branch #1」のオープニングで僕がプレイしたDJ mixをリハウス（再録）しました。John Briggsの素晴らしくジャジーなハウスではじめつつ、テクノのイベントということで後半はピッチを上げてテクノな色合いにしています。
I re-recorded a DJ mix I played at the opening of "Akihabara Heavy Industry, Inc. Jingumae Branch #1" held at Galaxy-Gingakei in Jingumae, Tokyo on Aug. 5. I started with John Briggs' wonderfully jazzy house, but in the latter half of the mix, I raised the pitch to a techno tone.
動画にはいつものように「Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020」の映像をつけました。最近長崎県に移住した秋葉原重工のKURAYAMIくんに捧げる、長崎空港から東京までのフライトです。セスナのビジネスジェットCJ4でちょうど1時間だったよ。近いね！
The video is accompanied by "Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020" footage as usual. It is a flight from Nagasaki Airport to Tokyo, dedicated to KURAYAMI of Akihabara Heavy Industry Inc., who recently moved to Nagasaki Prefecture. It was just an hour in a Cessna's business jet CJ4. So close!
