AHL Weekly House Expo Aug.5-Aug.6: 週刊新築ハウスレビュー

みなさんこんにちは。ハウスミュージックラウンジ「秋葉原住宅」棟梁のspinnageです。厳しい暑さが続く東京の涼しい部屋から、今週も世界の新築ハウスミュージックを紹介します。バカンスシーズンに入ったことでリリースの絶対量が少なくなっていますが、今週はそこから7曲選びました。

Hello everyone. I'm spinnage, the director of the House Music Lounge 'Akihabara Housing, Ltd.' From the cool rooms of Tokyo, where the harsh heat continues, I'm introducing you to new-built house music from around the world. The absolute quantity of releases has been reduced due to the start of the Summer holiday season, but I've chosen seven tracks from it this week.

All of the songs I will be featuring here are songs that I actually purchased as downloads. I chose these songs in a serious competition. Let's get started!

1) DuBeats, T.Markakis - Desitny (Mo'Cream Remix)

DuBeatsとT.Markakisの「Destiny」を、イタリア・ミラノのプロデューサー、Mo'Creamがリミックス。原曲になかったピアノのリフに艶やかな存在感があります。格好いい！

'Destiny' by DuBeats and T.Markakis is remixed by producer Mo'Cream from Milan, Italy. The piano riff has a glossy presence that was not present in the original song. Cool!

2) CEV's - Codex Sin

フランス・リールでOHMELYA Musicを率いるCEV'sの「Codex Sin」。彼独特のコードワークが生み出すミステリアスな世界がスリリングです。

'Codex Sin' by CEV's, who heads OHMELYA Music in Lille, France. The mysterious world created by his unique chord work is thrilling.

3) True2Life, Brother James - Promises

米アルバカーキのPlastik People Digitalからリリースされた、True2LifeとBrother Jamesの「Promises」。ひたすら華やかで盛り上がるバウンシーなボーカルハウスです。めっちゃ夏にぴったり。気に入りました。

'Promises' by True2Life and Brother James, released on Plastik People Digital, Albuquerque, USA. It's just gorgeous, uplifting bouncy vocal house. It's so perfect for summer. Liked.

4) Steve Bug, Cle - Hallucinous (Leeni & Danilo Kupfernagel Remix)

ベルリンのプロデューサー・Steve BugとCleの「Hallucinous」を、LeeniとDanilo Kupofernagelがリミックス。静謐で端正なディープテックを聞かせてくれます。

Leeni and Danilo Kupofernagel remix Berlin producer Steve Bug and Cle's 'Hallucinous'. It's a serene and neat deep-tech track.

5) Rhabow - Indigo (Dub Mix)

ルーマニア・ブラショフのプロデューサー、Rhadowの「Indigo」。仄暗い空間を華麗なベースラインに乗って疾走するタイプのディープハウス。ボーカルのないDub mixが最高です。

'Indigo' by Romanian Braşov producer Rhadow. A type of deep house that runs through a dark space on a gorgeous bassline. The dub mix without vocals is the best.

6) Maceo Plex, AVNU - Clickbait (This Ain't Hollywood)

マイアミのプロデューサー、Maceo PlexとイギリスのAVNUのコラボで「Clickbait (This Ain't Hollywood)」。四つ打ちベースラインとボコーダーボイスが楽しいインディーダンス。こういうの好きです。

'Clickbait (This Ain't Hollywood)' is a collaboration between Miami producer Maceo Plex and UK-based AVNU. A fun indie dance with a four-paced bassline and vocoder voice. I like this kind of stuff.

7) Jacob - Give It Up

イスラエルのプロデューサー、Jacobの「Give It Up」。こちらはアシッドなTBサウンドが印象的なインディーダンス。サイバーな雰囲気濃厚です。楽しい！

'Give It Up' by Israeli producer Jacob. This is an impressive indie dance with an acid TB sound. It has a thick cyber vibe. Fun!

【Track of the Week】True2Life, Brother James - Promises

今週の「Track of the Week」はこの曲に決めました。華やかでアップリフティングなボーカルハウス。煌びやかなE.Pianoのリフレインも最高に心地良いです。大好き。

I have decided on this song for this week's Track of the Week. Gorgeous, uplifting vocal house. The shimmering E.Piano refrain is also supremely pleasant. Love it.

On 24 August, OHMELYA Music in Lille, France, will release a new album by me, Spinnage, called 'Dawn E.P.'. In addition to two new tracks, 'Dawn' and 'Maneye', a remix of 'Dawn' by label owner CEV's will also be included. I would like to thank you all for your support!
