Hello guys. It was supposed to rain today, but there hasn't been a whole lot of rain yet. From Tokyo on Sunday evening, this is Akihabara Housing, Ltd.

ハウスミュージックラウンジ「秋葉原住宅」棟梁のspinn.teramotoがその年の新譜をチェックしご紹介する世界の新築ハウスの展示場、「Antenna 2020」。毎週土曜日は「いつものアーティスト・いつものレーベルの新譜チェック」、そして日曜日は「いつもと違うジャンルやアーティストを探る」という方針でチェックしています。

The master of the house music lounge "Akihabara Jutaku (Akihabara Housing, Ltd.)", spinn.teramoto, checks out and introduces the new music of the year at "Antenna 2020", an exhibition space for new house music from around the world. Every Saturday, I check out the new releases from my usual artists and labels, and on Sundays, I explore different genres and artists.

ご紹介するのは、すべて僕が実際にダウンロード購入した曲。真剣勝負で選んだ楽曲たちです。さっそくご紹介していきますよ!

1. Rashid Ajami - Dark City (Atjazz Remix)

2012年から活動しているイギリスのアーティスト・Rashid Ajamiの「Dark City」を、信頼の大ベテランAtjazz師がリミックス。原曲の暗い響きを残しつつ、Atjazzらしい洗練されたトラックに仕上がってる。素敵。

British artist Rashid Ajami has been on the scene since 2012, and his 'Dark City' has been remixed by trusted veteran Atjazz master. It's a sophisticated track with the dark sound of the original, but with the sophistication of Atjazz. Lovely.

2. Demarkus Lewis - I just Wanna Vibe (Main Mix)

本当に毎週毎週必ずリリースがあるダラスの鉄人・Demarkus Lewisの「I Just Wanna Vibe」。シンセベースのラインだけで大好きになってしまった。落ち着いた雰囲気の中にも熱い芯がある。良いー。

Really, there is always a release every week of the week, "I Just Wanna Vibe" by Dallas iron man Demarkus Lewis. The synth-bass line alone is enough to make me love it. There's a hot core to this song with a calm atmosphere. Good.

3. Ralf GUM meets SIO - Un-Love You (Ralf Gum Main Mix)

30年わたってDJとしてキャリアを重ね、現在は南アフリカを拠点にしているドイツ人Ralf GUMと、南アフリカ人シンガーのシオとのコラボ曲。ある時期のDa Lataとか思い出す、オーガニックな軽やかさ。好き。

A collaboration between German Ralf GUM, who has been a DJ for 30 years and is now based in South Africa, and South African songstress Sio. It reminds me of Da Lata at one point in time, with an organic lightness to it. I like it.

4. DirtyTwo - When Will This Be Over?

これ格好いいなー。シカゴの老舗レーベルLarge musicからリリースされた、スウェーデンの2人組Dirtytwoの「When Will This Be Over?」。ひんやりとしたクールな音像が気持ちいい曲です。

This is a cool one. This is "When Will This Be Over?" by Swedish duo DirtyTwo, released on Chicago's venerable label Large Music. It's a nice song with a cool, chilly soundscape.

5. Atsou - Sleepwalk Town

ここからは新たな出会いを求めて広くいろいろなサブジャンルを巡る日曜日の新築ハウスチェックです。まずはこのベース!　ギリシャのアフロハウスシーンを支えるDJの一人Atsouの「Sleepwalk Town」。めちゃくちゃファンキーなベースと、荒々しい切断面をもったシンセが気持ちを盛り上げてくれます。格好いいぞ。

Black Circle's remixed version of Citizenn's song "Stay With me" from the Midlands, England. The superimposed loops and delays create a dazzling time. Best for.

7. Alex Zela - Dans Le Club

うーわ、めちゃ好み…。イングランド北部リーズのDJ兼ピザマニア（ほんと？）のAlex Zelaによる華やかなディープハウス。シンセの快楽に溢れてる。

Wow, I like it so much.... DJ and pizza fanatic (really?) in Leeds, northern England, Alex Zela baked Gorgeous deep house track with topped full of synth pleasures.

8. Michael Gray - Take Me Back (84Bit Remix)

Michael Gray「Take Me Back」の、モンテネグロ出身のデュオ84Bitによるリミックス。32小節の長いイントロで焦らされた後、控えめに入ってくる甘いエレピの響きに酔いしれる。夕暮れのビーチに似合いそう…。

A remix of Michael Gray's "Take Me Back" by the Montenegrin duo 84Bit, the 32-bar long intro is followed by the sweet and sensual E.PIano sound that comes in discreetly. Perfect for the beach at dusk....

【This Week's 1-pick】Atsou - Sleepwalk Town

「今週の1曲」はこの曲に決めました。このファンキーなベース、今年聴いたベースラインの中で一番印象的だったかもしれない。整いすぎていない、ラフな質感が最高な曲でした。

I've decided to go with this one for "Song of the Week.” This funky bass, this may have been the most impressive bass line I've heard this year. It was a great song with a rough texture that wasn't too well-complicated.
