新年あけましておめでとうございます。ハウスミュージックラウンジ「秋葉原住宅」棟梁のSpinnageです。2023年最初の週末を迎えている東京から、今年最初の新築ハウスミュージック紹介をお届けします。
Happy New Year! I'm Spinnage, the director of the house music lounge "Akihabara Housing, Ltd." And I'm here to bring you the first new-built house music review of the year from Tokyo, where we're spending the first weekend of 2023.
ここから取り上げるのは、すべて僕が実際にダウンロード購入した曲。真剣勝負で選んだ楽曲たちです。さっそくご紹介していきますよ!
All of the songs I will be featuring here are songs that I actually purchased as downloads. I chose these songs in a serious competition. Let's get started!

1) Deamrkus Lewis - Sling Fling
シカゴの鉄人・Demarkus Lewisの「Sling Fling」は、彼らしい透明感のあるシンセサウンドがいつも以上に煌びやかに輝く、光のシャワーのようなトラックです。気持ちいい！
'Sling Fling' by Chicago iron man Demarkus Lewis is a shower of light track, with his typical transparent synth sounds shimmering even more than usual. Feels good!
2) B&S Concept - Burning Up(Sebb Junior Remix)
フランス・リールの2人組、B&S Conceptの「Burning Up」を、スペイン・グラナダのSebb Juniorが華麗にリミックス。ソフトでクリーンな質感です。
'Burning Up' by French Lille duo B&S Concept is brilliantly remixed by Sebb Junior from Granada, Spain. It has a soft, clean texture.
3) Martin Depp - Alone in A Crowd
ロンドンのBubble 'n' Twistからリリースされたのは、同じくロンドンのプロデューサー、Martin Deppの「Alone in A Crowd」。心地良いシンセのリフレインに身を任せていると聞こえてくるサックス、そしてブレイクビーツ。ドラマチックです。
Released on London's Bubble 'n' Twist is 'Alone in A Crowd' by another London producer, Martin Depp. Saxophone heard as you lose yourself in the soothing synth refrain, and breakbeats. Dramatic.
4) Matt Masters - Worlds Collide
あーもう最高だな…。Freerange Recoredsからリリースされた、Matt Mastersの「Worlds Collide」。シンセと暮らしシンセを毎日触ってる人が時間を重ねてつくった曲。尊敬しかない。最高です。
Oh my god, it's great... 'Worlds Collide' by Matt Masters, released on Freerange Recoreds. A song made over time by someone who touches synths and living synths every day. I have nothing but respect for it. It's the best.
5) CEV's - Flight 318
フランス・リールでOHMELYAを率いるCEV'sがイタリアのHOUPHレーベルからリリースした「Flight 318」。ピアノのリフレインが気持いい、煌びやかなトラックです。
'Flight 318' is released on the Italian HOUPH label by CEV's, who lead OHMELYA in Lille, France. It's a shimmering track with a pleasant piano refrain.
6) Groovemasta - The Jam
ブルガリア・ソフィアのプロデューサー、Groovemastaの「The Jam」。ゴツゴツした質感のベースが格好いい、思わず笑顔になる曲です。
'The Jam' by Sofia, Bulgaria producer Groovemasta. The song has a cool bass with a rugged texture that makes you smile.
7) Saison - The Riff (Ross Couch Remix)
ロンドンの2人組Saisonが3年前にリリースした「The Riff」を、グラスゴーのRoss Couchが華麗にリミックス。原曲と比べてより透明感の高い仕上がりで最高です。
Glasgow's Ross Couch brilliantly remixes 'The Riff', released three years ago by London duo Saison. It's great, with a more transparent finish than the original.
8) Oscar Barila - 90s Groove
スペイン・バレンシアのプロデューサー、Oscar Barilaの「90s Groove」。鞭のようにしなるベースラインが格好いい。気に入りました。

9) DJ Steaw, WLAD - Culture Club
パリでHedZupレーベルを率いるWLADと、同じくパリのプロデューサー・Dj Steawのコラボで、「Culture Club」。よく跳ねるシンセトーンが疾走感を生み出すクールな曲です。
'Culture Club' is a collaboration between WLAD, who heads the HedZup label in Paris, and producer Dj Steaw, also from Paris. It's a cool song with well bouncing synth tones that create a sense of speed.
10) Joselacruz - Loving You
先ほど紹介したOscar BarilaのDJチャートに入ってた、スペイン・バレンシアのプロデューサー、Joselacruzの「Loving You」。鋭く光るシンセリフが素敵。
'Loving You' by Valencia, Spain producer Joselacruz, which was in DJ chart of Oscar Barila who was introduced previously. Lovely sharp synth riff.
【Track of the Week】Worlds Collide
2023年最初の「Track of the Week」はこの曲に決めました。ピアノが深く響く静謐な空間の中で、シンセサイザーのストレンジトーンが浮かんでは消え、耳が離せません。すごい磁力の曲です。
For the first 'Track of the Week' of 2023, I decided on this song. The strange tones of the synthesiser float in and out of the tranquil space, where the piano resonates deeply, and your ears can't take your mind off it. It's a song of incredible magnetism.
