新年あけましておめでとうございます。ハウスミュージックラウンジ『秋葉原住宅』の棟梁、spinn.teramotoです。2022年最初の週末は正月ということでお休みしましたが、年も明けて心機一転、今年1発目の新築ハウスレビューをやっていきたいと思います。
Happy New Year to you all! This is spinn.teramoto, the director of the house music lounge "Akihabara Housing, Ltd." I took the first weekend of 2022 off because it was New Year's, but now that the year is over, I'd like to make a fresh start and do my first new-built house review of the year.
ここから取り上げるのは、すべて僕が実際にダウンロード購入した曲。真剣勝負で選んだ楽曲たちです。さっそくご紹介していきますよ!

1) Angata Feat. Fanta Konè - NaboDayèra (Kiko Navarro Afroterraneo Remix)
Omer KeinanとItai Reznikのライブデュオ・Angataの「NaboDayèra」を、スペインのKiko Navarroが華麗にリミックス。新年の幕開けにふさわしいダイナミズムを届けてくれました。
The live duo of Omer Keinan and Itai Reznik, Angata's "NaboDayèra" was brilliantly remixed by Spain's Kiko Navarro. It delivered a dynamism suitable for the start of the new year.
2) Sebb Junior, Sammy Deuce - Feel So Right
シカゴの信頼のハウス系レーベルLarge Musicからリリースされたのは、スペイン・グラナダの伊達男Sebb JuniorとSammy Deuceの共作で「Feel So Right」。クラシックな四つ打ちの魅力に溢れています。
Released on Chicago's trusted house label Large Music is "Feel So Right," a co-production between Granada, Spain's own Sebb Junior and Sammy Deuce. It's full of classic four-piece charm.
3) Blakey - What is House
ハウス伝統のモチーフのひとつ・ジャンル自問系こと「What is House曲」にまた新たなトラックが加わりました。ロシアの工業都市ニジニ・ノヴゴロドのMoissからリリースされたBlakey「What is House」は、音もクラシック味で嬉しい。
Another new track has been added to the "What is House song," one of the motifs of the House tradition of genre self-examination. Released by Moiss in the Russian industrial city of Nizhny Novgorod, Blakey's "What is House" has a classic sound that makes me happy.
4) Medsound - Higher
これは好きな人が多いんじゃないでしょうか。80年代ビルボードの雰囲気を纏った歌ものハウスで、バルセロナのMedsoundの「Higher」。このベースライン、たまらないでしょ。
I'm sure a lot of people will like this one, a house song with an 80's billboard vibe, "Higher" by Barcelona's Medsound. I can't get enough of this bassline.
5) DJ G (UK), Sammi C (UK) - Feel The Love (DJ Spen Re Edit)
米バルティモアの大兄貴DJ SPENがリミックスした、DJ GとSammi Cで「Feel The Love」。ちょっと遅めの120BPMで一つ一つ踏みしめるキック、ソウルフルな歌、そしてむせび泣くギター。最高！
"Feel The Love" by DJ G and Sammi C, remixed by my big brother DJ SPEN from Baltimore, USA. It's a little slow at 120BPM, with each kick stomping, soulful singing, and swooning guitars. Great!
6) Turbojazz, Jennyfire - Optimistic (Atjazz Love Soul Remix)
90年代のSounds of Blacknessの大名曲「Optimistic」を、ミラノのTurbojazzがカバーしたものを、さらにロンドンのディープハウスマイスターAtjazzが軽やかエレガントにリミックス。4分弱の至福です。
A light and elegant remix by London deep house meister Atjazz of Milan's Turbojazz's cover of the 90's Sounds of Blackness classic "Optimistic", just under 4 minutes of bliss.
7) Turbojazz feat. Jennifire - Optimistic
「Optimistic」、Turbojazzのoriginal mixも最高ですね…。ファンキーなサウンドと共に、流れるように優しいピアノが描くラインに、うっとりと心が溶けていきます。最高!
"Optimistic", the original mix by Turbojazz is also great.... The funky sound and the gentle piano line melts your heart. The best!
8) Daisybelle & Tasty Lopez - Starlight
これは愛せるわー。ロンドンのFuture Discoからリリースされた、 独特なボーカルの声が魅力的な曲です。みんなで笑顔になれる。3拍目の裏と4拍目にハンドクラップがくる曲に捨て曲なし。
I can't help but love this one. Released on London's Future Disco, it's a song with a unique vocal voice that makes everyone smile. The song has handclaps on the back of beat 3 and beat 4, never let you down.
9) Sian - Pain
LAのDJ、Sianの「Pain」。カリフォルニアの抜けるような青空の下、よくぞここまでという黒々とした闇をソリッドに表現しています。格好いい!
"Pain" by Sian, a DJ from LA. Under the clear blue skies of California, this song solidly expresses the blackness of the darkness. Very cool!
10) Gÿe - 4AM (Nacho Marco Remix）
スペイン南東部の港湾都市・バレンシアのDJ・Nacho Marcoがリミックスした、Gÿeの「4AM」。ソウルフルな歌にシルクのようなシンセが重なる素敵ディープトラックでした。こういうの大好き。
Gÿe's "4AM" was remixed by Nacho Marco, a DJ from Valencia, a port city in southeastern Spain. It was a nice deep track with silky synths over a soulful song. I love this kind of music.
【Track of the Week】Daisybelle & Tasty Lopez - Starlight
今週も心から良い曲と思える曲とたくさん出会えた週末でしたが、「今週の1曲」にはこのシンプルで心地良いトラックを選びました。オミクロンの影が世界を覆い、今年もまだまだ難しい日々が続きそうな状況だけれど、星の光のような小さな希望をいつだって忘れていたくないな、なんて思ったのです。
It's been another weekend where I've encountered a lot of songs that I really like, and I've chosen this simple and pleasant track as my "Track of the Week". With the shadow of the Omicron hanging over the world and the difficult days ahead, I wanted to remind myself to always keep a little hope in my heart, like the light of a star.
