こんにちは。ハウスミュージックラウンジ「秋葉原住宅」棟梁のSpinnageです。先週とはうってかわって、すっかり秋らしく冷え込んで雨の降る東京より、世界から届いた素敵な新築ハウスミュージックを紹介していきます。

Hello. I am Spinnarge, the didector of the house music lounge "Akihabara Housing Co." Since last week, Tokyo has become completely autumnal, rainy and chilly. Now, this week, I will continue to introduce you to some wonderful new-built house music from around the world.

ここから取り上げるのは、すべて僕が実際にダウンロード購入した曲。真剣勝負で選んだ楽曲たちです。さっそくご紹介していきますよ!

All of the songs I will be featuring here are songs that I actually purchased as downloads. I chose these songs in a serious competition. Let's get started!

1) Felipe Puertes - Everyone Has A Story (Dilby Remix)

ベルリンのプロデューサー・Dilbyがリミックスを手がけた、Felipe Puertesの「Everyone Has a Story」。原曲が持つアフロのニュアンスをうまく取り入れた、端正で骨太なテックハウスです。

"Everyone Has a Story" by Felipe Puertes, remixed by Berlin producer Dilby. It's a neat, gritty tech-house tune that manages to incorporate the Afro nuances of the original.

2) Mo'Cream - The Deep Beat

The Deep Beat (Original Mix) by Mo'Cream on Beatport

イタリアのプロデューサー、Mo'Creamの「The Deep Beat」。I Recordsレーベルからのリリースらしい、柔らかでエレガントなディープハウスです。

Italian producer Mo'Cream's "The Deep Beat" is a soft, elegant deep house release, typical of the I Records label.

3) Opolopo - Exit Strategy

ストックホルムの魔術師・Opolopoの「Exit Strategy」。彼らしい複雑な展開を見せるスリリングなNu Disco。音のひとつひとつが様々な表情を見せます。楽しい。

"Exit Strategy" by Stockholm wizard Opolopo. A thrilling Nu Disco with his typical intricate twists and turns, each sound has a different expression. A lot of fun.

4) Reel People & Muhsinah - Something New

ロンドンきってのお洒落コレクティヴ、Reel Peopleの「Something New」。120以下のBPMでしっとりハーモニーを聞かせる素敵曲です。最高！

"Something New" by Reel People, one of London's most fashionable collectives, is a nice song with a BPM of 120 or less and a nice, quiet harmony. Great!

5) Twolegs - Slice Me Up

ベルギーのアントワープを拠点とするGents & Dandy'sからリリースされたのは、Twolegsの「Slice Me Up」。透明感のあるジャジーなディープハウスでひたすら気持ちいい。気に入りました。

Released on Antwerp, Belgium-based Gents & Dandy's is "Slice Me Up" by Twolegs. It's transparent, jazzy deep house that's just plain pleasant. Loved it.

6) Fred Everything - Light Of Day (Manuel Tur 2022 Remix)

カナダのモントリオールでLazy Daysレーベルを率いるFred Everythingが2004年にリリースした曲を、独エッセンのManuel Turが2022年のために華麗にリミックス。ダークで静謐な空間を描いてる。

Originally released in 2004 by Fred Everything, who runs the Lazy Days label in Montreal, Canada, Manuel Tur of Essen, Germany, has brilliantly remixed the song for 2022. It paints a dark and serene space.

7) B-crew - Party Thang (DJ Spen & Eric Kupper Mix)

米バルチモアの大兄貴DJ Spenと重鎮Eric Kupperがリミックスを手がけた、B-Crew「Party Thang」。ハウスの快楽を体現する天上のハーモニーとピアノと4 to the floor。最高です。

B-Crew "Party Thang" remixed by Baltimore, USA's big brother DJ Spen and heavyweight Eric Kupper. The heavenly harmonies, piano, and 4 to the floor embody the pleasures of house. Best.

8) Mallin - Need You

英・ウルヴァーハンプトンのプロデューサー、Mallinの「Need You」。90年代ハウスクラシックのニュアンスが嬉しい、清楚な佇まいのボーカルハウスです。

Wolverhampton, U.K.-based producer Mallin's "Need You" is a vocal house with a plaintive appearance and a delightful nuance of 90s house classics.

9) Melvo Baptiste - Gonna Be Alright

これ格好いいな！ ロンドンのプロデューサー・Melvo Baptisteの「Gonna Be Alright」。鳴り響くハンドクラップとピアノ、そしてソウルフルなボーカルに後押しされて、どんどん盛り上がっていきます。最高！

This is cool! "Gonna Be Alright" by London producer Melvo Baptiste. The song is driven by handclaps, piano, and soulful vocals, and it just keeps on getting higher and higher. Great!

10) Hnerik Villard - With Every Move

新築ではないですが、最近僕がYouTubeで聞いた素敵MIXに収録されてて、絶対欲しい！ってなった曲。ノルウェー・オスロのプロデューサー、Henrik Villardが3月にリリースしていた「With Every Move」です。優雅なハウスでうっとりします。

It's not new-built, but I recently heard it on a great mix I heard on YouTube, and I definitely want it! I'm sure you'll love it! It's "With Every Move" by Henrik Villard, a producer from Oslo, Norway, and was released in March. It's a graceful house song that makes me swoon.

その僕がはまった素敵MIXがこちら。映像も音楽も完全に好みで最高です。
Here is a great mix that I got hooked on. The video and music are completely my favorite and the best.

【Track of the Week】Melvo Baptiste - Gonna Be Alright

「今週の1曲」はこの曲に決めました。プリミティブなハウスの快楽が詰まってる曲だと思います。みなさんもぜひ、ハンドクラップしながら聞いてみてください。知らない間に踊りだしてるはずです。

RELEASE!!

今週は、僕spinnageにとって初めての、海外レーベルからのリリースがありました。

This week I=Spinnage had my first release on an international label.

まず10/6にはフランスのリールでCEV'sことジュリアンが率いるOhmelyaのレーベルコンピ、「Occult Musical Art Vol.2」に、「We're」という曲を提供しました。

First, on Oct. 6th, I contributed the song "We're" to "Occult Musical Art Vol. 2," a label compilation by Ohmelya, led by Julien aka CEV's in Lille, France.

続いて10/7には、僕にとって初めてのEP、「Calling EP」が、Ohmelyaの兄弟レーベルTranscendanceよりリリースされました。「Calling」と「Drizzle」の2曲が収録されています。
