New House Exhibition - 今週のハウス新譜チェック 11.08

こんにちは、「秋葉原住宅」です。毎週土曜と日曜に新築ハウスミュージックをご紹介していますが、今週末は義理のお母さんの誕生祝いをかねて、東京から西へ90kmほど西にある箱根まで行き、3歳と5歳の甥っ子と遊んできた関係でチェックの時間がとれませんでした。楽しかった。

Hello, this is Akihabara Housing Ltd. I have been checking and reviewing new house music every Saturday and Sunday, but I didn't have time to check it out this weekend due to the fact that I went to Hakone, about 90km west of Tokyo, to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday and played with my 3 and 5 year old good nephews. It was very fun.

So for this week article is as "short version," I'm going to introduce 4 songs from artists and labels that Spinn. Teramoto, the owner of the house music lounge Akihabara Housing Ltd., is always checking out.

1. Rawdio - Delugional Jam

これはディープが深い。ベルリンのレーベルBeing All Hereからリリースされた、ベルギーのアーティストRawdioの「Delugional Jam」。1990年から2020年までの素敵ハウスの音像を縦にスライスしたような、時代を超えた響きがある。

This is deep is deep. Released on Berlin label Being All Here, Belgian artist Rawdio's "Delugional Jam" sounds timeless, like a vertical slice of a nice house soundscape from 1990 to 2020.

2. Mr. Moon - Let It Rain (Groove N'Soul Vocal Mix)

NY出身でLA在住の大ベテラン・Groove Junkiesがリミックスを手がけた、Mr. Moon「Let It Rain」が甘くて優しくて最高です。これはみんなで笑顔になれる曲。大好き。

Mr. Moon's "Let It Rain," remixed by New York native and LA-based veteran Groove Junkies, is sweet and tender and great. This is a song that will make us all smile. Love it.

3.  B&S Concept - Call My Name

ベルギー・アントワープのハウス系レーベルGents & Dandy'sからリリースされた、ベルギーと国境を接するフランスの街・リールの2人組、B&S Conceptの「Call My Name」。クラシックなハウスを思わせる煙った音像が気持ちいい。

Released on Gents & Dandy's, a house label from Antwerp, Belgium, "Call My Name" by B&S Concept, a duo from Lille, a French city bordering Belgium. The smoky soundscape is pleasantly reminiscent of classic house.

4. Marc Cotterell- Need More Love (True2Life Remix)

Plastik Peopleレーベルを主宰する米・アルバカーキのMarc Cotterellが2019年にリリースしたオリジナル「Need More Love」のTrue2Lifeによるリミックスバージョン。熱いヴォーカルとクリアな音色が特徴のトラック。なんというナイスなベースライン。最高です。

This is True2Life's remixed version of "Need More Love," its original released in 2019 by Marc Cotterell of Albuquerque, USA, who heads the Plastik People label. The track has hot vocals and clear tones. What a nice bass lines. Best.

【Track of the Week】Mr. Moon - Let It Rain (Groove N'Soul Vocal Mix)

「今週の曲」はこの曲に決めました。とてもエレガントで官能的なボーカルハウス。遙か昔、Solu musicの「Fade」を初めて聴いたときのような、ときめきを感じた曲です。

I've decided to go with this song for "Track of the Week. It's a very elegant and sensual vocal house. This song gave me a spark joy like the first time I heard Solu music's classic "Fade" a long time ago.
