We pray for a speedy recovery for all those affected by the coronavirus. I would also like to express my condolences to those who have passed away. We also send our thanks and cheers to all those who work on the front lines.

We hope that a society divided by the coronavirus will be able to reaffirm the value of each individual's existence and recognize each other again.
　
It's times like these that I thought it was necessary, and I'll be posting a message once a day from our Haute Route ambassadors.

オートルートの魔力に魅せられたサイクリストたち。

程度の差はあれど、何度も折り返す急勾配ワインディングロードとスイッチバックを登りながら、生きていることを実感しているはずです。

少なくとも、私はそうです。

峠から見渡す美しい景色を想像しながら、

脊柱起立筋の伸展、何度も繰り返されるつづら折りの先を見据えて。

深い呼吸と腸骨の内側面、仙骨の底部、第12胸椎体の側面、第1〜5腰椎体から始動する腸腰筋を動員してクランクにパワーを伝える。

もちろん、ひとりではありません。

みんなで上ります。

頂上でふたたび出会うとき、我々の境界線は大きく広がってることを、オートルートのアンバサダーたちは保証します。
