We pray for a speedy recovery for all those affected by the coronavirus. I would also like to express my condolences to those who have passed away. We also send our thanks and cheers to all those who work on the front lines.

We hope that a society divided by the coronavirus will be able to reaffirm the value of each individual's existence and recognize each other again.
　
It's times like these that I thought it was necessary, and I'll be posting a message once a day from our Haute Route ambassadors.

人生の深淵にいて本当にもがいているときに視野が狭くなってしまうのは、自分の実力以上のテーマに挑戦しているときにはよくあることです。

そんなときはちょっとだけペダルから足をはずし、
振り返りこれまでの道程をしっかりと見てみることは
再び進むために必要な動作なのでしょう。

私も自転車でヨーロッパの峠を登りながらそんなことをたびたび感じていましたが、どうやらIanさんも同じことを思っていたようでなんだか嬉しいですね。
