We pray for a speedy recovery for all those affected by the coronavirus. I would also like to express my condolences to those who have passed away. We also send our thanks and cheers to all those who work on the front lines.

We hope that a society divided by the coronavirus will be able to reaffirm the value of each individual's existence and recognize each other again.
　
It's times like these that I thought it was necessary, and I'll be posting a message once a day from our Haute Route ambassadors.

適度な負荷があったほうが進化することは、峠を登っていると本能で理解できるのでお勧めです。

ココロもカラダも一体なわけですから、心の進化をカラダからアプローチしてみることも面白いですね。逆もまた真なり。

そのうちに、坂道を欲するようになる人格が形成されますが、そんな人生も意外と楽しいものです。刺激的。

さて、英語にするとすこし意味がつかめなかったのですが、ドイツだとよく使う言い回しなのかな。日本人と感覚が似ている気もしますよね。

直訳：強い者だけが庭に入れる
意味：辛い状況にも耐え抜いた人だけが成功を掴める。
