諸説あってよくわかりません、基本ストーンズ全員で作った曲らしい、ビルワイマンによると、ブライアンジョーンズがStonedという曲をNanker Phelge名義にしてストーンズ全員で著作権使用料を分けることを提案した、と著書Rolling with the Stonesに書いている、Andrew Loog Oldhamは、Allen KleinがOldhamに印税を分け与えるために考えたものだと著書Stonedに書いてます
