Boost Your Productivity with Habit Stacking!

I’ve just finished running 3.5 kilometers and immediately tried habit stacking. I recorded my English audio to send to Speak Now and am now writing my English blog post. It does work, actually, since I feel liberated and exhilarated after pumping blood through my body. It really helps to ‘habit stack’ and tackle the tasks I’ve been meaning to do.

The thing is, the golden time doesn’t last long, and even when it does, it’s only about 30 minutes at most. So I have to be mindful and selective about which tasks I give my attention to.
