Running takes patience?
I’ve just run 4.5 kilometers, but it was much more daunting and exhausting than I imagined!
This is what happens when I haven’t gone for a run as much as I used to. I admit I’ve only been running for around ten days in the past few monthes. Can you believe how people can slip back into their comfortable, lazy state in just a matter of months? And how it’s hard to get back on track again! I’m nearly fed up with myself!
I guess I’ll muster the courage to face the consequences of my lost runs.
