I like making bread because I can make it only with strong flour, dry yeast, butter, milk and egg. With a little ingridient, I can make a lot of kinds of bread by devising how to shape it up.

Today, I went to the gym and my personal trainer taught me how to do free-weight training. I used the machine of suspension for train my back or I used the dammbell and I also did the push ups or squat with barbell.

My mustle is tired now, but decrease in body fat percentage and increase in muscls according to the Inbody that can measure the state of my body leads to motivate myself for continuing the gym trainning.
