#7【ディミトリ×アッシュC】英語で支援会話｜で、殿下ああ……！【FE/ファイアーエムブレム風花雪月】
みなさん、こんにちは！さつきです。
今回はディミトリ×アッシュの支援会話Cです。
めちゃくちゃかわいい2人なので、見ているだけで笑顔になってしまう支援会話ですね♪（デレデレ）
しかも不器用なディミトリが、なんとアッシュより一枚上手なところを発揮するという大変貴重な1話です。お見逃しなく！！
まんまとひっかかっちゃうアッシュもかわいすぎてやばい
また、今回はロナート様が生きているバージョンと亡くなっているバージョンとがあり、生きているバージョンの場合２言くらい多くなるようなので、そちらも見ていこうと思います。

Dimitri: Hm, this tent is torn. Can you please fix this one first, Ashe?
Ashe: Absolutely!
Dimitri: Sorry, I should probably take care of it myself, but we'd be here until sundown if I—
torn（トーン）：破れた／tearの過去分詞
take care of A：Aを対処する、処理する
＊take care of it myself：自分で対処する
sundown：日没
2つ目のディミトリのセリフ but～以下は仮定法です。

俺たちはここにいることになるだろう／日没まで／もし俺が…
もしディミトリが修繕をしたら日が暮れてもここで縫い物をしていないといけなくなってしまう…ということでしょう。

Dimitri: Oh. Well, thanks. Actually, I'll fetch you something to make the job less of a burden. You like sweet things, right?
fetch（フェッチ）：取ってくる／ここでは「買ってくる」と訳すとよさそう
burden（バーダン）：負担
ディミトリのセリフ2文目「 I'll fetch you something to make the job less of a burden.」は少し読みにくかったので読みやすくしてみましょう。
I'll fetch you something / to make (the job) (less of a burden).お前に何か持ってくるつもりだ／その仕事の負担を減らすものを
to以下はsomethingを説明しています。make A Bで「AをBにする、させる」という意味です。the job（その仕事）をless of a burden（負担を減らす）にするために、ディミトリはアッシュに何か持ってきて（買ってきて）あげようっていうんですね。優しい。
アッシュ！気を付けろ！お菓子が狙われているぞ！！
Ashe: Ah. Well, yes... Sorry, no! I can't ask you to do that!
Dimitri: Ashe... I've told you, there's no need to act like that.
Ashe: I can't have someone from the royal family running errands for me. It doesn't feel right.
have 人 doing：人を～させる
errand（エランド）：使い走り（名詞）

アッシュの2つ目のセリフ「I can't have someone from the royal family running errands for me.」も読みやすく区切ってみましょう。
I can't / have someone (from the royal family) running errands / for me.僕はできない／(王族出身の）人を使い走りさせるなんて／ぼくのために
殿下をお使いになんていかせられない！ってことでしょう。

ディミトリのセリフ2文目「I'd prefer it if you didn't speak so formally to me.」について少し補足を入れます。
I'd prefer it if～で「～ならより良いのだが」という意味になります。ちなみに if以下は仮定法です。
「そんなにformallyに（堅苦しく）話してほしくないんだが…」ってところでしょうか。
友達みたいに気軽に話してほしいディミトリ（かわいい）。
Dimitri: I understand. I really do. When I ascend the throne, perhaps I should do a tour of each city...
Ashe: What? No, that's not what I meant!

2-3行目「Perhaps I should leave you be and take care of our shopping...」を読みやすくしてみましょう。

ディミトリはするべきなのです。shouldはleaveとtakeにかかっています。何を？↓以下
アッシュを残して（leave + 人 + 状態：（人）を（状態）にしておく）
つまり、アッシュをここにいる状態にしておく、ということです。
そして、俺たちの買い物をしておくべきなのだろうな…と言っています。
Dimitri: Ashe. Enough. OK... I've a question. Answer me this. I don't normally eat sweets, so what would you recommend?
Ashe: Oh. Well, if price isn't a concern for you, then you should go for the sugar candies. The ones they make in town are really delightful. Ah! Oh, Your Highness—please, you mustn't!

they make in town は The ones を説明しています。The ones は the sugar candies のことですね。
街で作られているシュガーキャンディーはまじでおいしいらしいですぞ、殿下。

このシーン好きー！
アッシュの情けない「で、殿下ぁぁぁ」も好きだし、ディミトリの得意げな「よしわかった、砂糖菓子だな（ふふん）」みたいなところも最高に好き…
好きな支援会話の一つです💙
アッシュがディミトリに対して使う敬語が少しややこしいなーと思うわたしです。でも勉強になる…。
