『レア力を高める』

現在進行しているプロジェクトの担当業務は工事監理。現場の施工管理の座学をするなら、いっその事、受験する目標を課して自分にプレッシャーをかけてみようと思った。

1級建築施工管理技士の試験を受けることに決めたのは昨年の夏。

とはいえ、久しぶりの勉強は気分がのらず、のらりくらりと全く参考書を開かない日々が続いた。

不幸中の幸いで、2020年秋に実施予定だった試験がコロナ禍で2021年に延期。

それを機にようやく腹を括って、年末から試験日に向けた手書きのスケジュールとToDoリストを作った。これは昔からやってるお気に入りのルーティンで、10年分の過去問を一周解き終わる頃には、勉強もだいぶ波に乗っていた。

そして、2回目の緊急事態宣言中の2月末に試験を受けた。

結果は・・・

不合格。

そんなに甘くはなかった。

これまでは、業務での必要性や経験したことのアウトプットとして資格試験を受けてきた。今回はインプットと試験勉強を兼ねるパターン。

個人の力を高めたい、”レア力”を高めたいと思うところが大きかった。



①一級建築士
②再開発プランナー
③1級建築施工管理技士



会社で①の建築士を持っている人は100人くらいはいるだろう。社員1,000人として10%。かつ、②のプランナーも持っている人は10人くらいだろうか。この時点で1%。かつ、③の施工管理技士も持っている人は1人だけかもしれない。①かつ②かつ③で0.1％ということになる。

そういう計算だった。

0.1%はレアだろうか。




本当の”レア力”は資格でもなければ数字でもない。


レアな経験をしてる人に魅力を感じるし、その話に引き込まれる。

テリトリー外の振れ幅の大きさに魅力を感じる。


だからこそ、興味あることに色々とチャレンジしたい。

様々な人と巡り会いたい。

『I want to gain rare power』

I am in charge of construction supervision work for an ongoing project. If I had a lecture on construction management at the site, I thought I would put pressure on myself by setting a goal to take the exam.

And last year I decided to get a first-class building construction management engineer.

However, I don't feel like studying for the exam after a long time, and I continue to spend days without opening reference books at all.

Fortunately, the test scheduled for fall 2020 was postponed to 2021 with COVID-19.

Taking this opportunity, I finally got hungry and made a handwritten schedule and todo list for the test day from the end of the year. This is my favorite routine I've been doing for a long time, and by the time I finished solving 10 years of past questions, I was already on the wave of studying.

At the end of February, during the state of emergency, I took the exam for a first-class building construction management engineer.

The test result is....

Failed

So far, I have taken a qualification test as an output of my business needs and experiences. This time, it is a pattern that combines input and studying for exams.

I want to improve my personal strength and gain rare power.

① First-class architect
② Redevelopment planner
③ First-class building construction management engineer

There will be about 100 people who have architects ① in the company. 10% as 1,000 employees. And I wonder if there are about 10 people who also have the planner of ②. 1% at this point. Moreover, there may be only one person who has the construction management engineer ③. The people who have all the qualifications of ①, ② and ③ is 0.1% of the employees.

Is 0.1% rare?

The true "rare power" is neither a qualification nor a number.

I am attracted to people who have rare experiences and I am drawn to the story.

I am fascinated by the size of the swing outside the territory.

That is why I want to challenge various things that interest me.

I want to meet various people.

"I'm free !"

That is the watchword that brings good luck.
