Since history is the form of occurrence, the morphology of the mind in the form of direct and natural reality, the stages of its development extant as direct and natural principles, and these principles. Because they are natural, they exist externally to each other as diversity. Therefore, one of these principles belongs to one nation. --This is the geographic and anthropological presentness of the mind (162).
