[地球一周21・22日目]できる所まで　To the point where i can

日本人シェフのやっているデザートバーに行ってきました。独特な丸いフォームのチーズケーキです。やわらかくて、すべてチーズだけでできていて、重すぎなかったです。でも、何だか想像していたよりは普通な感じでした。
この日はどしゃぶりな雨が降っていて、雨宿りにも一苦労しました。
航空券をその場で購入したり、ホステルを予約したりということがはじめてな所で苦戦しています。できる所までやってみよう。。
イギリスは全ての駅の出入り口に駅員さんがいるのに対して、アメリカは駅によっては全くの無人・・・利用客に聞くしかない。
イギリスではたまに見た警察官に対して、アメリカは100mおきぐらいに道端にいます。スーパーや博物館など必ず目にしますし、常に見られてる緊張感があります。
そして、イギリスでも行った日本食お弁当屋さん「wasabi」のNY店でお魚ハンバーグや、天ぷら揚げを食べました。うん、美味しくない笑
何だか醤油は甘すぎて、ご飯は恐らくタイ米なのでお腹に降り積もるものの消化されにくい感じ。何だか生煮え感のご飯・・・。揚げ物は小麦粉感が満載でした。
Whole foods marketのごま団子といなり寿司は日本で食べてるのと同じ感じでした。いなり寿司って、INARI BEAN CAKEなんだ。。
お土産を郵送しようと思ったが、色々分かりづらくて英語も伝わらず、こちらも苦戦。キャンセルを伝えたら「I'll kill you」と怒られました。
なんだかんだあるけど、NYの夕焼けは綺麗だと思います。

I went to a dessert bar run by a Japanese chef. A unique round foam cheesecake. It was soft, made entirely of cheese and not too heavy. But it was more normal than I had imagined. It was raining heavily on that day, and I had a hard time taking shelter from the rain. I'm struggling for the first time to buy airline tickets on the spot or book a hostel. Let's do as much as I can. .. In the UK, there are staff at the entrances and exits of all stations, while in the US, some stations are completely no staffs ... there is no choice but to ask the passengers. the United States is on the roadside about every 100m, as opposed to the police officers I saw occasionally. I always see supermarkets and museums, and there is always a sense of tension. Then, I ate fish hamburger steak and fried tempura at the NY store of the Japanese lunch box shop "wasabi" that I went to in England. Yeah, it's not delicious lol

Somehow the soy sauce is too sweet, and the rice is probably Thai rice, so it feels like it's hard to digest although it's piled up on my stomach. Somehow rice with a feeling of boiling raw ... The fried food was full of flour. Whole foods market sesame dumplings and inari sushi were the same as eating in Japan. Inari sushi is INARI BEAN CAKE. .. I thought I'd mail a souvenir, but it was difficult to understand and I couldn't speak English, so I had a hard time. When I told her to cancel, she was angry with "I'll kill you". Somehow, I think the sunset in NY is beautiful.
