メインバッグ約12kg （うちバッグ自体の重さは3kg）、サブバッグ約3kgなので　計15kg。
サル痘やポリオが広まってるようで。
サル痘はアルコールや手洗いうがいで予防、
ポリオは子どもの頃の2回接種で大丈夫だろう（予防接種の時に医師に聞きました）とのことでした。
7月2日でコロナも含めた計16回の
予防接種が終了。一生分の予防接種をやった気分。
