I met Arlette and Francis when I went abroad to Malta. They came there to study English as well and we were in the same afternoon class.
I remember that I took them around Lija on their first day.
For me, it was really fun to communicate with them because they had totally different cultures from their countries, Cameroon and Benin though they lived in France.
And to be honest, they were so lovely and I loved how they were without considering where they were from. Loved their personalities.
We went out to many places and laughed a lot.
They are finally getting married, and having their wedding party in June.
I am soooooo happy for them and to be invited.
I will try to come, my besties!!❤️

ウェディング誘ってくれて本当に嬉しすぎて、絶対に行きたい。
アレッテとフランシスに会ったのは私がマルタに留学している時で、
カメルーン出身のアレッテとベナン出身のフランシスはフランスに住んでいて、というルーツから、全く知らない国を聞いてワクワクしたのを思い出した。
彼らの滞在初日にスーパーを案内したり、色々話して本当に素敵なカップルだなぁ、と思っていた。
暇さえあれば一緒に出かけ、海に入り、踊り、笑っていた彼らと過ごした日々は、本当に楽しかった。
“アフリカ人”の人柄に素敵な印象を持てたのも、彼らのおかげだった。
6/1 おフランスパリへ行こうと思います。
