For example, "We have to do something about the shortage of human resources" or "What about the advertising costs spent on recruitment?" And "Dispatch costs money," and so on, various new issues are constantly being raised, such people.

Then, the meeting will continue to delve into new problems, and the crucial question of whether to do a new project or not will be left behind.

When I was asked what to do with the shortage of human resources, people came up to help me.

They said, "Japan's population is decreasing in the first place," and "It's hard to gather from now on," and "Well, first of all, we have to increase the number of people who get married," and discussed issues that were beyond the scope of their duties. Well, no matter how long it takes, I can't be sure, and any assignments, themes, and projects are left behind, and in the end, "Shall we stop?" It's going to be a story.

People don't like to do troublesome things.

Even if I'm already talking, I think it's all about problems and it doesn't seem to work.

I'm going to waste the opportunity, or rather, I should not focus on the assignment, but on how I can do it.

If you focus on the task, people will naturally be biased towards "things you can't do".

When that happens, people will give only reasons why they can't do it due to their nature.

When you think about something that one person can't do, this thought will spread to others, so eventually, everyone who attended the meeting, yes, about 80% of people will be infected with thoughts and emotions that they can't do. What is it?

So, when this happens, it's no longer a decent meeting, is it?

If you decide to do it, if you don't think about it in the direction of doing it, no matter how long it takes, any good idea will be abandoned.

So, it's a person who seems to create that atmosphere, and that's the person who spreads the problem more and more during the meeting.
