I heard that berries (strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, blueberries, etc.) are good for the body, so I decided to start eating them right away😊

It seems that it is especially effective for physical strength recovery 💪
(In addition, it is good for the eyes and has antioxidant effects, making it a useful ingredient for anti-aging.)

Sometimes I work long hours, and the fatigue remains the next day.
(I still work long hours, but after paying attention to my diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits, the next day's fatigue is almost gone. As for sleeping, I meditate and don't eat three hours before bed. The quality has improved dramatically, but I can't physically get enough sleep, so I'm still doing my best with a little short sleep.)

"Get some sleep."

That's how I felt.
(As a basic attitude, I adopt a style that doesn't try hard, so even now I sometimes give in to the feeling of "I need to sleep a little more" and fall asleep again. But I'm reducing the frequency. It's about once every three days. yes.)

You can't get good performance out of it.

I wondered, "What's wrong?" and learned a lot.

As a result, I heard that berry-based foods are useful for recovering physical strength, so I started eating them about half a year ago☝️

Now, perhaps because of that effect, I don't feel tired the next day at all.
(What do you think about this point? It's too convenient to eat only berries to prevent fatigue. In the end, in my case, I continue to exercise and muscle training. It also has the effect of recovering physical strength. There may be, but you can get it even if your basic physical strength is up.)

Sometimes my eyes are sore from lack of sleep, but...
(Sometimes I wake up a little early to do my morning activities, so at 4:00 pm, the battery suddenly seems to run out.)

It's just an actual observation, but here it is! It seems to be quite effective.
(I may have been somewhat biased at this point.)

It seems that anything is good if it is a berry system ☝️

I buy frozen food online and eat about 30g every morning.
(Nowadays, the price of frozen products on the mail order has risen, so I buy in bulk at convenience stores. Also, I used to buy berry mixes, but now I'm focusing on blueberries. I've narrowed it down to one type. I've been eating it for a year and a half, and it seems that the blueberry taste suits me.But even now, I can't help but think that the more I eat, the more benefits I'll get, so I'm writing this blog. Until I looked back, I was eating a little too much. It's not like eating a lot is good, but it's embarrassing.)

Of course, you can find it in supermarkets and convenience stores.
(Until I remembered this, I was eating twice as much. So, I was a little tired at lunch because I was too full.)

It's small, so you can do other things while eating it, and since it's frozen, it melts and gets a little sticky, but you can eat it without changing the taste. increase.
(It means that you can eat while doing multitasking. Of course, I do not deny that you can eat while sitting in a chair and eating properly, not multitasking, eating properly, and eating with gratitude. Please understand. I think the best way to eat it is for everyone.)

Well, people who don't like berries can't.
(If you don't like it, you don't have to force yourself to eat it. There are many other foods that have the same effect. I think you should choose the one that suits you and absorb the nutrients. A long time ago, there was a common custom that even if you didn't like something, you wouldn't be allowed to eat it until you could eat it, but in fact, this way of thinking is dangerous. If you don't like to eat it, it's easy to understand that eating it makes you feel like throwing up, or you get an upset stomach, or you get hives. It's expensive.So, if you feel that way, I recommend not eating it if you can.Some people like it, but if they eat it, their body condition will go crazy.This also has the same effect. , In this case, how about taking care of your body a little, such as reducing the number of times you eat?
