Now let's get down to business.

Well everyone.

What are your thoughts on rewards?

If you don't reward yourself because you've worked hard, you won't be able to motivate yourself to the next step. I think there are some people who say it's out of the question that they try not to give too much from the beginning, or that they can't do anything without a reward in the first place.

So, at first glance, rewards seem to have only good sides, but depending on how you look at them, they actually have bad sides.

But after all, except for those who have extremely low material desires, most people would be happy if there was a reward.

So how can we treat this reward, which can be good or bad, to our advantage?

How can it be used effectively? I will explain about today.

I will come to the conclusion today.

That's right.

Set your own reward.

If the recipient of the reward is a child, it means letting the child decide for himself what he wants.

This self-decisionis very important.

It's not about having people decide or letting you decide, but deciding for yourself.

Then why is it good to decide by yourself? Deciding by yourself means having independence.

It's the same with anything, but if you work hard with independence, you'll get a much bigger difference in the results than if you try hard because you're forced to do it by others.

For example, muscle training.

Even with muscle training, it is said that the effect will change if you take the initiative and train while consciously imagining the muscles you want to train.

The amount of knowledge and education that remains in your head will differ depending on whether you study on your own or when someone else does it for you.

In the first place, even if someone else instructs you to do something that goes against your will, you just do it reluctantly.

This is the big difference between being proactive and being passive.

This rule is also reflected in rewards.

In other words, do you aim for rewards that you have decided for yourself, or do you aim for rewards that have been decided by others? I'll give it to you, so let's do our best."

What's more, if you have something that you want from yourself, you will maintain your motivation to get it yourself, but on the contrary, if someone says, "Isn't that what you wanted?" I don't have much motivation after all, and instead of that, I immediately turn my attention to something else.

This is an effective use of rewards.

After that, why don't you think about what you can do to make yourself want a reward, and try to be creative with how you speak and how you choose your words?

So, if you enjoyed today's story, please introduce it to your friends😁

See you soon ✌️
