I hate it when people do what I don't want to do.

hello everyone.

Sai & Co. This is Sai & Co. from WAKU Challenge Lab.

Well, today I'm going to explain "If you do what you don't want to do, people will hate you".

If you think this story was good, please share it😁

Now for the main topic.

First of all, I would like to ask everyone.

Can you easily let others do what you don't want to do?

Or do you do it all yourself with the feeling that "it's a bit too much to let someone else do it..."?

I was more of the latter.

I'm not good at asking other people to do things, but I think it's faster to do it myself. Or maybe people don't like what I don't like? I was the type to think about things like that, so when the other person was busy, it became even harder to ask.

So I was very reluctant to ask people to do what I didn't want to do.

I think it was a manifestation of my feelings at that time, that I didn't want to be hated by people, that I wanted to be a person who could read the atmosphere, and that I wanted to be a person who felt comfortable with people.

That's why I don't think I was hated so much, but it's just my own research.

So, as today's theme says, if you do something that you don't want to do to someone, some people will hate you for some reason.

Of course, there are people who do not dislike it.

The difference between the two is that it's clearly something you should be doing, but you're forcing it on others.

For example, in a company, whether an ordinary employee should be in charge, whether it should be the section chief class, the general manager class, or which class will be in charge depending on the project.

When that happens, even if I don't say what I should be doing, if I let my subordinates do it because I'm not good at it, or because I don't want to do it... As a person, I feel like "Why do I have to do this?"

In the meantime, you will hate your boss, and if it becomes a habit, you will hate it even more.

As an aside, there are two ways of thinking that are important in moving things forward.

I would like to introduce some of them, but one is the idea of "Leaving the weak points to the strong people" and the other is the idea of "Overcoming the weak points".

By the way, which one to choose will change depending on the person, the organization you belong to, the company, the family, the close group, the school, the position, and the period until the goal is achieved.

Depending on the situation, both approaches may be necessary.

Let's get back to the point. In other words, if you don't want to be hated by everyone, want to get along well, or want to cooperate, decide how much of the project you have to stop at your own place and decide what you have to do. , You have to be careful not to make decisions based only on your own standards of "I don't want to" and leave things up to others.

If you don't know the decision, ask someone.

teach.

If you ask subordinates or juniors, they will tell you.

If you answer, "That's a bit too much for me," that's the borderline between the superior and the subordinate.

So how was this story today?

If you think it was good even a little, please introduce it to your friends😁

See you soon ✌️
