How concerned are you about your health?

There must be a lot of people who care about their health, people who are not interested at all, and people who are thinking about doing it.

If anything, I'm pretty concerned about it, and I'm doing various things that are good for my body.

That said, I finally caught the coronavirus the other day, but even if I didn't get the vaccine, it didn't really bother me, and I can usually move around easily.

So, if I continue to improve my health as it is, I think I can become almost invincible without catching a cold all year round. I thought for a moment, but when I studied the reasoning behind the increase in viruses and bacteria and the process of the spread of infectious diseases, I found that it was not so.

By the way, it seems that there are about 37 trillion bacteria and 380 trillion viruses in our bodies and on the surface of the skin at all times.

This is a little surprising, isn't it?

Well, it seems that there are various theories, but it feels like "There are so many!"

There are good bacteria and bad bacteria among them, and in fact, it seems that the two balance each other well and keep our bodies in just the right condition.

In other words, bad bacteria are also necessary for us.

It's just that if it increases too much, you'll get sick and get sick.

In that case, I think there is a possibility that when pathogenic bacteria enter the body, the immune system and antibodies that can fight against it will be sluggish and stop functioning.

In order to keep immunity and antibodies in a state where you can fight at any time, I feel that it is necessary to put something that is harmful to your body and eat it.

Of course it's not good to eat too much or incorporate too much.
