速入寂静無為楽
必以信心為能入
　
速やかに寂静無為の楽（みやこ）に入ることは、必ず信心をもって能入とす、といえり。
　
　
　
【解説】
　
阿弥陀仏の極楽浄土（寂静無為の楽）にいたるのは他力信心を獲得した者である、という内容です。
　
文の最後に「といえり」とあるのは、これが法然聖人が教えられた「涅槃の城には信をもつて能入となす(『選択集』)」という内容のことだからです。法然聖人がそのように教えてくださった、というわけですね。
　
そして文中の「寂静」も「無為」も、どちらも涅槃の意味です。
　
信心とは他力信心（無疑）であり、つまり、阿弥陀仏の本願に対する疑い（疑蓋）が除かれたことです。
　
まとめますと、極楽浄土に生まれるのは「他力信心の念仏者＝疑蓋を除かれた念仏者＝獲信者」である、というご説明です。
