英検準一級ライティング　2021年度第2回

英検準一級に合格するための最短の方法はライティングで満点（あるいはほぼ満点）をとるようにすることです。

そのためには、いくつかの決まった型（テンプレート）を覚えて、それをTOPICに合わせて書き換えるのです。

その方法について、詳しくは『英検準１級合格法　正解は論点ブロックライティング』に書いてあります。

2021年度第２回の英検が日曜日に終わって、問題も公開されたので、私が書いた方法でどのくらいの解答が書けるか示したいと思います。

【第一段落：序論】    
    The number of people who change their jobs often is increasing. This trend will continue in the future because of the growing emphasis on working conditions and motivation.

「change their jobs often」はTOPICの英語をコピーしただけ。「working conditions and motivation」はPOINTSをそのまま書いただけ。

【第二段落：本論１】
    Working conditions are serious issues in Japan. There is often too much pressure on employees to work overtime or give up vacations, so companies need to implement rules to prevent this, but it is not so easy. Changing jobs is an easy way for employees to prevent this.

ここもほとんどテンプレートをそのまま書いているだけで、テンプレ以外の部分も問題文に書いてある単語と中学生レベルの文法しか使っていません。

 
【第三段落：本論２】
    Second, to meet the needs of today’s society, we need to focus more on our own motivation. Although progress has been made by changing working conditions, more needs to be done. This could be done only through greater emphasis on changing jobs.

【結論】
    Working conditions and motivation make up a large part of working and are crucial to the success of employees, so it is essential for us to change jobs often.
