Today I saw this guy's video and the places seemed familiar to me. This singer lives 500 km from my city. I haven't been there, but I've heard about this place. I remembered working in this company and it became interesting to search on the Internet what is happening in this place now.
In the early 2010s, when there were no Moscow hypermarkets like Lenta, Okey, etc. in my city, Alpi hypermarkets appeared on the market for several years. Some friends worked there and I managed to work in the office of this company for a while.
What did I hear from the employees? Because this store had its own poultry farm near Krasnoyarsk. A lot of people went there to buy fresh chicken. The volumes of chicken were very large for a city with a population of over a million. Therefore, employees were often given chicken instead of money on payday. I remember my friend, she went to her neighbors and asked who wanted to buy chicken from her. Because she can't eat it anymore! And it's hard to live without money too!
I worked in the office and rarely saw the directors. But I heard that the top management does not respect the company's employees, often swears and yells at the top of their lungs at their subordinates. Doesn't let them go on sick leave when their child is sick. Doesn't give them days off. Vacation was also difficult to get. Plus the salary was minimal! And where did the company's money go? To a ghost town! And also for the vacation of these top directors and owners of the company, who went on vacation abroad every 3 months and lived in luxury. Without caring about the future of the company and its employees. By the way, employees very often quit because of such an attitude and small salary. My friend and I worked there for only about a year. To be honest, there was a feeling that the people who occupy the most important places in the company ... were from unfavorable places ...
By the way, it was in this place in the HR department, when I came to an interview at 28, they did not want to hire me and at first refused. The reason was - you are of childbearing age, as soon as you go to work and leave, you will become pregnant after a month of work. But after 2 weeks they called me back and invited me to work. Apparently other people who did an internship in this crazy company simply did not want to work there. I liked the schedule and the smallest number of people for communication.
The idea of "Siberian Venice"
The owner of the company, who considered all people to be idiots and only he in this world is the most important... Anticipating the collapse of the company, invested money in the construction of a city for forty thousand people.
He invested a minimum of money in this construction... In place of chicken coops, where all the walls were soaked with chicken droppings, he finished the outer facades of the buildings with foam plastic and wanted to sell them as apartments so that people could live there.
The idea was that people are fools... Now I will make a beautiful picture and sell it for 1 million rubles for a studio with high ceilings and it does not matter that there is a smell of chicken... The main thing is that it is cheap and people will buy it! But the construction supervision and the prosecutor's office were interested in the project - what kind of residential buildings on land that is intended for agriculture?

The prosecutor's office did not give permission to build apartments in this complex, so the owner decided to make an amusement park there.
By 2016, the company promised, a residential complex with a water park, museums, theaters, fitness centers, schools, kindergartens, and even registry offices and restaurants would be built here. The failed first stage included 28 three-story buildings with a price per square meter slightly higher than the current "economy housing" - 40 thousand rubles.
Instead of excavators gnawing into the ground, guests are greeted by two towers. The characteristic smell of chicken manure at the poultry farm no longer hits the nose. If the wind does blow it, the employees say, it is from the Barkhatovskaya poultry farm, which is 7 km away.
A concert stage was even equipped for guests there and Moscow stars were invited...
The cost of a standing place at the concert is 500 rubles. At an improvised table made from building blocks, which are also used in the laying of local houses, it costs from 1.5 to 2.5 thousand rubles.
2024
The owner never received permission for people to live in this place. And the amusement park did not become popular. As a result, there are now beautiful ruins there. Against the backdrop of which the INtellegent video was filmed.
In 2017, Podsokhin gave our editorial team an interview. He openly admitted that he deceived everyone when he said that the area was designed by an Italian architect. In fact, the designer was his friend named Zhenya Patrushev. The businessman called him John Patelli. He also lied to consumers that ALPI was a German chain, because "our people love Western things." He also sold air conditioners made in China as American ones.
In 2019, Podsokhin tried to lease the buildings for a children's camp. But he was quickly banned, since the complex did not meet any standards.
In 2023, the prosecutor of the Berezovsky district was sentenced to 10 years for a number of crimes, including a bribe from the "Siberian Venice". A case was also opened against Podsokhin himself, but he has long been on the run abroad.
The owner of Alpi was sentenced to 12 years in prison. And he is hiding abroad.
