good morning.
It's Ikehaya.
So, I would like to talk about NFT again today.
Well, I slept well after a long time.
Yesterday, I had an AMA session with an overseas project called "Momoguro", and it was a fun time. It was interesting.
That place is amazing. Really.
It sounds strange when you say "momo glow" in Japanese.

First of all, great people are doing it.
It feels like Baobab Studio, a studio that can create animation and video works that has worked at Pixar, has moved into web3.

Well, I'm planning a TV series, and I'm also making games.

Professional creators, businessmen, technology professionals and creative professionals will create a new NFT collection called "Momo Glow". I listened to the story for about an hour. It's so funny.
Really, the sense of scale is different from Japan.

I think you can tell that when you listen to the story that professionals are already coming in.
Well, Japan is really behind. I'm late at all.

I think that the sense of scale is really different.
Well, but, I thought that what the Japanese made was not at all inferior in their ability, but that we could be on par with them.

To be honest, "Momo Glow" will be coming out soon, so I might make more "Wow! Yabe" in the future.
But it's not that they're hundreds of times better than I expected, but that they're making great things, and we're making great things too, and it's really nice to be able to confirm that we're making something.

Well, I did a session with overseas people, but I was tired.
Well, I'm relieved that it's over. I slept well.

No, but still, the NFT market is still rough. I wonder if it needs a little more leverage even if it's rough. Hey, I have to do my best, so I'll do my best. Right now, cnp seems to be in a bit of a blur frenzy. All the royalty fees became almost 0, and there was a lot of clattering movement. Well, there are many challenges. It's really a series of trials.

If you think that everyone has collected the sales of the boters. Well, in the early days, there are actually cnp people who were lucky enough to get a lot of mints.
Well, well, well, well, there are some people who sell like this, wondering why they sell like this. Well, it's a little bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit. In terms of the market price, well, it seems like everyone was relieved, but it looks like this again. It feels like I want to go back after finishing one thing, but it's a silly little story.

It's hard to say that there are times like that. There is a place where I don't feel like I'm going to have a relaxing day. Well, when I think about it, cnp has experienced a lot of things like big and small trials. Really well, it could be called the very first NFT project, cnp. In fact, cnp is probably the first large-scale NFT project, right? in the Japanese market. 22222. When there are still hundreds of nft buyers, or less than 2000.
I wonder if there were 1000 people? at about
Get out. From the place like launching a crazy number like 22222 at that time. Well, I got off to a bit of an abnormal start, and there were a lot of trials, really continuous trials, and well, suddenly there was a stomach ache like "Wow, what's this?" is a series of thefts. I remember filming voicy around the beginning of October, when I was about to cry.
There was a time when my cnp was stolen.
It's like, what's really going on?
It feels like the project will be over. We'll do our best, everyone in the community will liven up cnp, write a blog. You make fanarts, you make cnp brands and sell them. It's like trying hard to sell a product, and when you think you've sold 10, 5 are stolen. There was a time when it felt like the customer who bought it would steal it.

strange.

No, that was tough. That was the hardest time for me. I can't see ahead. I wonder if it's been like this forever. Well, but in the end, the theft has gotten a lot better at this point. It's really better than when I was getting 10 stolen every day for a while. How long has it been a month now?
There are still thefts. But as expected, it's not a pace like 10 a day. In terms of a month, it fell to a pace of about 10 points in a month.
Can I say that it is a great decrease?
I don't think there were any thefts today or yesterday.

No no no, that kind of thing is a test.
I can only thank those who supported cnp at that time. When I was about to die, I said, "Everyone, do something about this. This is over." When it was really stolen and the price dropped, there were some investors who gave me sleep on the floor and helped me when the price dropped. cnp has overcome many such trials, and now, the most recent is this blur shock. Also, a new history has been carved into cnp. I really feel like I'm going to have a good time, but suddenly. Suddenly, a blur shock came. Floor prices drop, dump sales. So, the boters seem to go on a repeated price-cutting battle, and sell in a way that they don't quite understand.

Well, but It's a silly story. From the point of view of human history, it's not a silly story, but it's about being positive.
This kind of ordeal. Actually, it means a lot to the community. It's hard now, isn't it? It's a tough time right now, but if you've had a cnp since October last year, I'm sure there's something you can relate to. Come to think of it, cpn was stolen and the floor price was really cheap. So, some of you may remember that the community was quite uneasy.
At that time, there were people who cooperated and created anti-fraud content.

That history is something you can't buy. It's truly priceless. It's priceless. It is said that everyone has overcome something that this community has suffered. This is a very difficult time, isn't it? And sometimes it crashes. It will collapse as it is, but when you get over it. It becomes a kind of legend. And there community members are sharing the same experience. Well, to put it simply, at an off-line meeting or something like that, if we had an off-line meeting around the 1st anniversary of cnp.
If you know cnp from the beginning, you should be pretty excited about cnp's old stories.
"Didn't something like that happen in August?"
Just when I thought I had added a new character, this was also bought by resellers.
No, it was still sweet. Really.

Somehow, you know that kind of story, you know that cnp is watching all the time, right? And, in the end, it becomes the strength of the community.
A common experience becomes a strength. So, this can be a positive thing, but it's more like a history of suffering. Humans will probably remain.

I think it's a pretty interesting bias. It's true that cnp has already achieved a lot of great things, but in the end, I'm on the side of doing it myself, and even when I say that I'm an investor with a slightly objective view,
For example, what I remember when I see a project on that cnp is that I remember bad things. I remember the accident.
And it's the same with other projects. I'm going to give you a name, but buson-san's shikibu-chan seems to be suddenly kidnapped by boter at first. Well, it's called penetration. That's what happened, and it's a story that can't be ignored when talking about shikibu-chan's history.

Well, for example, the Start Japan community that Kosei-san is running right now is in the midst of an ordeal.
For now, fortunately, there has been no serious damage to the cryptoninja world. There was a little bug in the fan art they created, and they are working to recover the bug.
When the bug was discovered, some people in the community must have been really anxious.
And so, I guess, a bond was formed, calling on everyone to get on with the project and overcome this difficulty. I remember the first time there was a penetration. I remember that happening. Or
When I look back on the history of the start of the project, I remember that cnw was like that too. Well, we all supported each other quite a bit, and of course there was cnp, and there was Cool Girl, and there was the history of the fire.

I saw it in real time and thought it was ridiculous, but, you know, the community at that time was very rough, wasn't it? Well, it's an old story, it's a bit funny when I think about it now, and there are a lot of people who don't know about it.

But I'm not talking about my own personal story, because I was involved in all of the things I just mentioned, and I saw it from a very close distance.

The point is that everyone had experienced it, so it is a common experience, and I think this is what makes a community strong.
So, I'm interpreting this in a positive way, but the fact is that when there are difficulties in the community, such as a large number of thefts in the NFT community, bugs in contracts, or a big seller suddenly selling in an unfamiliar way, there are many people who are not aware of what is going on in the community.

There are many things that happen, such as the blur shock like this time. NFT is really a place where many things happen. I think that if we can overcome such situations, we will have memories that we can all laugh about later on. I think it's good to get over such a situation.

There's no point in being overly optimistic, but that's okay. It can't be helped if we suffer, so we all worked together as much as possible and when we overcame this difficulty, we did it! If you can say thank you for your hard work, in the end it will accumulate experience points for the community, so I think it's a community that raises its level.

So cnp too. It hasn't even been a year since we launched, but there have been a lot of things, big and small.
My stomach hurt countless times.
I am a little worried about my stomach.
No, but it's fun.
I'm having fun doing it, but it's already difficult. But after all, I think it was good.
I really had a lot of experiences like that, and I had a hard time. But what is it? I think the community has grown.
And, of course, I myself have a lot of courage. After all, it's not like my stomach hurts all the time.
I've gotten used to it, and there are more and more things that I think I can manage.

The underlying strength of cnp is also getting stronger, and if you look at it positively now, when you look at the current Japanese market, it's clear that cnp is a little different.
What I mean is that in Japanese projects, people who are really boter are buying and selling cnp.
This is. Well, looking at it positively, cnp is a very strong and fluid brand.
That's why it's a brand that even bots can handle.
When it comes to smaller stocks, bot people don't handle them.

The unit price is low, and the liquidity is low, so I don't think the program will target it.
I don't know under what conditions he's programming.
However, when I look at the actual market, it's cnp in Japan that people who just want to get tokens from the exchange called blur are trading.
If you look at this positively, the people who buy and sell globally are also screened for information, and they are in the place of automatically moving their own money, so other stocks and others are included. It doesn't include any projects, but it does include overseas projects and large projects called so-called blue chips.

Considering the stocks that the bots target are included, I think that cnp is also a project that has a lot of brand power and fluidity, and that the bots are also looking at it. I wonder if it's good.

Well, there are days when my stomach hurts quite a bit, but we'll all get through the tough times together. I think it's good to think of it as an experience point.
I think there are a lot of different scales.
Well, even with a team of just a few people, things can get tough.
We often have problems with launches.
So, even if the scale of the community is a little larger than that of ninjaDAO or cnp, there are still many things to do.
From now on, all sorts of troubles will inevitably arise.

I can't help it anymore.
It's not good to give up because it can't be helped.
No, there's a phrase I really like about the startup world, and it's like, "It's like jumping off a cliff and building an airplane."
Really. It's that kind of world.
I'm jumping off cliffs and seriously building planes.
You can't assemble an airplane that well, can you? usually.
We are doing it in such a sense of speed.
Nothing can be perfect. This is impossible. In other words, trouble tags always occur.

That's what it is.
At that time, the mental attitude is very important, especially the community is important, NFT.
At that time, many of the community members are having a hard time right now, but this is the time to endure.
In fact, I think we have persevered. And since we've come this far, a lot of positive changes have happened, and it's true that it's tough right now, but after a month, two months, and a half years from now, if we're all laughing together again, that would be a very happy thing. I mean.

I think that a community that can perceive hardships in that way is very strong.

It's becoming more and more like a religion. That's why it's interesting.
Even the way you perceive that hardship. Maybe, the NFT community is probably important there.
It's a story about making another chapter, but I think I'll stop here.
I think it's really interesting how to create an NFT community.
There will always be hardships. Every NFT project is made by jumping off a cliff.
It's a hardship in itself, but how the community members perceive that hardship actually makes a big difference.

I'm used to cnp. In that sense, I did a lot of hard work.
It's going to be tough this time too, but I'm sure it will work out. The percentage of people who think that is absolutely high.
In fact, the price of cnp has dropped so much in such a short period of time, but there are few people selling it. There are no people who are doing things like panic selling at all.
I feel like it's really cool.
But in other communities, you can still see blatant sales of dismay.

Some people get scared and don't pick them up, and some people leave the community there.
How to deal with that hardship is completely different depending on the community.

For the past few days, I haven't been able to see the trends of other projects at all.
It's like we lift ourselves up.
It's very positive, and I think it's really wonderful that there's an air of everyone working together and trying to get through it somehow.
This is really an intangible asset that we have created so far.
I felt again that it is not something that can be done by paying money without really plus.
Hey, I slept well today with that impression.

I would like to do it in a positive way.

Important notice.
There will be a mint festival tomorrow for a project called Pen Pens.
I hope that you will look forward to this as well, and the address will be announced around noon today (as of February 24), so I hope those who have applied will definitely check it out. (as of February 24)

There will be a mint festival tomorrow too, so if you're really looking forward to that too, I'll have a Twitter space with XANA's Rio, who makes the pen pens, at noon today, so if you're free for lunch, I hope you'll join us there as well. increase.

While there are hard times, there are also many fun festivals.
Really, the range of emotions is intense and it's fun. I feel alive. You're doing NFT. Well, it's hard.
Because life is hard.
Even if you don't like it, humans are going to die anyway.
Let's enjoy fun things while feeling painful.
Well, I would like to end with a common story. Have a nice day everyone.
