GGKR Sessions #3 from 'Drums, Guitars, & Ghosts'
“Disappeared” is a mix of grunge and shoegazer. A battle between the two guitarists, wrapped with a groove sample. Camerawork that meticulously captures the vintage instruments including a tape echo and Mellotron. This is followed by the epic “The Door” and then the high-geared “Needle of a Compass.”

GO-GO KING RECORDERSセッション第三弾はドラマーマシータ登場。スタジオに巨大な26インチのキックが搬入された時の興奮が忘れられない。
グランジとシューゲイザーが出会った「Disappeared」。二人のギタリストの掛け合い、それを包み込むサンプリングループ。テープエコーやメロトロンといったビンテージ楽器を確実に捉えるカメラワーク。そして壮大な「The Door」から、疾走する「Needle of a Compass」へ。
音楽が僕らミュージシャンを成長させてくれた。ありがとう。
