庶務

庶務に追われて、一日が終わった。

メールの返信考えて、引っ越しの進捗管理と作業漏れ確認して、週報書いてたら、終わった。

気づいたが、Excel スキルが圧倒的に足らん。
確かに、目上の人とのメールやチャットでのやり取りは回数をこなしてきたので、もっと場数を踏めば早くなるんだろうなと思えるようになった。
が、Excel に関しては、まず、自分が行いたい操作方法を適切にguguる事が難しい。何故なら、その操作に関する用語を知らないからだ。用語さえ覚えてしまえば、何で躓いているのかが理解できるので、もう一度テキストを見直すところからはじめよう。

困ったり、伸び悩んだりしたら、基礎基本。

話は変わるが最近英会話でも伸び悩み始めた感覚があるので、やっぱり基礎基本が定着していない証拠だと思う。

冷静に何で躓いているのか、それを解決するには何が必要で、どういう意識が足りないのか分析する事ができれば、必ず解決の糸口は存在するはずだ。

基本に戻る。重要。

Work times flied, because I was rushed by paper work.

Today's my job were thinking about response of mail, managing moving seat, writing weekly report. Finished.

I noticed that I'm lack of skill in excel.
Certainly, I have inquired superior person on mail or chat couple times. So I feel that speed of my work will be improved step by step. But, except excel.
First of all, gugling handling method that I want to know is hard. I don't know the vocabulary in terms of manipulation. Once remembering the vocabulary, I would understand why I had hit wall something. So, I'm gonna review textbook.

Troubling, stopping grow are sign for backing basic.

By the way,  My speaking English ability has been stopping grow, I feel. It means, this is evidence that my fundament has not build.  

Solution to stumbling things exist absolutely, If I find the cause and analyze lack and conscious.
